Make your mark and help us change lives through culture
Changing lives through culture
Established as an independent charity in 2014, we promote Hampshire as a county that offers outstanding cultural experiences to both its residents and visitors. We manage and support visitor attractions, museums, art galleries and arts centres across Hampshire.
Our people are at the heart of what we do, and their growth and development are top priorities for us.
We thrive on challenges, providing you with opportunities to make a meaningful impact on culture. While working with us, you’ll experience this firsthand, making tangible differences in local communities and bringing our vital work to life. You will be empowered to bring your whole self to work and make your mark, we value differences and embrace individuality.
If you are a proactive, adaptable and positive person looking for a new opportunity, whatever your background, experience or interests, we want to hear from you.
Join our team of over 190 employees and 450 volunteers, working towards our purpose of changing lives through culture. To find out more about volunteering click here.

Our environmental commitment
We are ambitious not only in our plans for culture, but also in our plans for the environment. We are committed to achieving net zero by 2030, and as a “bronze” Carbon Literate Organisation, we aspire to reach “gold” in the coming years.
We are taking proactive steps to increase climate change awareness and education for our staff, volunteers and visitors. Additionally, we are actively pursuing ways to protect the environment throughout the trust, both at our venues and on an individual level.

Our EDI commitment
We are committed to promoting equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI). We believe that a culture that actively values difference and embraces people with diverse backgrounds and experiences brings invaluable insights to the workplace, enhancing the way we perform and the way we work.
Our aim is to be inclusive, to value and respect diversity and to strengthen our ability to recruit and retain a workforce that reflects the communities we serve, now and in the future.
Our EDI strategy has been created with input and collaboration from colleagues across all areas of the trust and supports our vision for everyone to have access to inspirational cultural experiences that enrich and transform lives.
