What is HCT's recruitment process?

  • Stage 1 – Application

    Explore who we are and find a role that suits you. Submit a short application form to apply for a role. 

  • Stage 2 - Virtual MS Teams Meeting

    We will arrange a virtual MS Teams Meeting to find out more about you, discuss the role in more detail and give you the opportunity to ask us any questions. 

  • Stage 3 - Interview and Assessment

    Depending on the role, you may be invited for one or two interviews, as well as role related tasks. 

    Management and senior roles will also be required to complete SHL ability tests

  • Stage 4 - Offer and Onboarding

    Congratulations! We’re excited about the potential for you to make your mark at HCT. You will receive an offer pack via email, and we will begin the onboarding process.
