You're joining! We're going to be working away behind the scenes to get all of your documents ready to sign - look out for emails from People@hampshireculturaltrust.org.uk
Contract and Onboarding Documents
As soon as your manager notifies us of your acceptance we will send out your contract, onboarding documents and more within a few days.
References, References, References
We'll then get in touch with the references you have provided, so make sure to give them a nudge. Once we receive these back we'll almost be ready to start. Please note references are required prior to start date.
Pop In!
We'll need to complete your right to work check F2F. This is ideally in venue so speak to your manager to arrange a suitable time and date. Alternatively you can visit our People Team in Winchester.

With everything confirmed and all set for you to join the team will work on setting up your structured onboarding and "buddy" for when you join.

Depending on how long it is until you join us we'll keep in touch regularly to keep you posted with what's happening across HCT and welcome you to the team.
