You're joining us! We'll be working behind the scenes to prepare your documents for signing – keep an eye out for emails from People@hampshireculturaltrust.org.uk
Agreement and Onboarding Documents
Once your manager confirms your acceptance, we’ll send out your worker agreement, onboarding documents, and more within a few days.
References, References, References
We'll then get in touch with the references you have provided, so please give them a reminder. Once we receive their responses, you'll be nearly ready to start. Please note that references are required before your start date.
Pop In!
We'll need to complete your right to work checks in person. Ideally, this will take place at the venue/workplace, so your manager will contact you to arrange a suitable time and date. Don’t forget your documents!
Key Training
You'll need to complete some initial learning. This will be provided in the form of a presentation sent in advance (and linked below if you need another copy). Please make sure you understand all aspects of the learning material before your first day.
