Do you want to be the face of the Westy?
The Casual Front of House role isn't just a job—it’s the most rewarding seat in the house. As the first point of contact in the customer journey, you set the tone for every performance, workshop, and event we host.
You’ll join an award-winning, close-knit team that prides itself on being approachable and professional with a genuine love of the arts. While the hours are often unsociable (evenings and weekends), the atmosphere is unmatched. From the rush of the interval bar to the buzz of the Box Office, you’ll ensure every guest has a safe, seamless, and world-class experience.
A bit about you
You’re a supportive team player, always willing to jump in and lend a hand on those busy show days. You’ll be confident working in a fast-paced bar environment, handling high-volume orders and managing those transactions accurately while maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
You’ll be a problem-solver and exceptional communicator, able to answer any questions the customers put to you to ensure they get the most out of their experience. You’ll also be committed to the highest hygiene and safety and compliance standards, ensuring that our customers always have a safe environment around them at the Westy.
