Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service?
You’ll be leading the day-to-day operations across three of Winchester’s most iconic medieval buildings and museums. You’ll lead a team of dedicated front of house staff and passionate volunteers to deliver a high-quality customer experience that leaves visitors excited to return. You'll make sure the venues are ready for anything, driving commerciality within your team and continuously strive for improvements to make this truly one of Winchester’s must-see attractions.
A bit about you
You’ll be an experienced people manager with a strong commercial and operational focus with a proven track record of producing high-performing, customer-focussed teams. As well as having a proactive and positive approach to your role, you will use your initiative to drive opportunities forward. Digitally confident, you’ll be happy to work across multiple systems to get the job done.
