About Hampshire Cultural Trust:
Hampshire Cultural Trust (HCT) was established as an independent charity in 2014 to promote Hampshire as a county that offers outstanding cultural experiences to both its residents and visitors.
Invitation to Tender:
You are invited to submit a tender/s for the provision of services for the ‘Re-imaging the Allen Gallery’ Project managed by Hampshire Cultural Trust Limited and its subsidiary Hampshire Cultural Trust Trading Limited.
The contractor is responsible for the professional delivery of each element of the contract to HCT’s requirements.
The contract includes the following:
Detailed Design
May 2025 to October 2025
Technical Design and installation
November 2025 to February 2027
Graphic design
January 2026 to April 2026
Proposals from organisations, or collaborations of organisations, are welcomed for:
- All elements (‘detailed design’, ‘technical design and installation’ and ‘graphic design’)
- OR the ‘detailed design’ and ‘technical design and installation’ ONLY
- OR the ‘graphic design’ ONLY
In each of the 3 options above, one organisation will lead on the proposal submission and contract communications with Hampshire Cultural Trust even when submitting a proposal in collaboration with another organisation.
The contract will run from May 2025 to February 2027.
