Hi, I'm Matt and the People Business Partner for our:

  • NPO Venue Operations Team,
  • Marketing, Communications and Sales,
  • Finance and IT,
  • Community and Impact,
  • Strategy and Partnership
  • Development (Fundraising),

I've been with HCT for almost 3 years and take great pride in the impactful work we do. You'll find me in our HQ or out and about in our venues - and I may even get the chance to meet you during your recruitment! When not at work you'll find me volunteering as a station foreman on the Watercress Line in Alton or occasionally SCUBA diving as I'm an SSI advanced open water diver.
